Jen I worked in a hospital many years, but I will confess that I didn't work on Pediatrics or ER very often. I knew my limits, and I didn't like seeing children in pain or sick, and I did not like not knowing who was coming through the door of the ER. You never knew if it might be family, or friend in distress. I admire you so much for your strenght and faith, both before the transplant and after. You managed to hold your family together, your marriage, and most of all your sanity. You talk about trials and tribulations that we must go through to become stronger in who we are in God. I totally agree that God allows us to go through alot of things that make us stronger, and better people. Being more Christ like is his purpose for us. But never believe for a minute that God did this to Brooke, for it is the plans of the enemy to make us weak and destroy our faith. You were indeed tested, but I don't believe it was by God. However I want to tell you that you passed the test with flying colors, and you kept your eye on the one true God that can health thee.. I told my family about you along time ago, and recently updated Brooke on the prayer list at church. You do have a miracle from God. LOVE her, and enjoy ever minute tht you have have been blessed with. I will keep your whole family in my prayers. You keep your foot on the head of the enemy.
